1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student", "User", or "Participant") and Next Harbor Base Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), regarding your access to our website (nextharborbase.click) and enrollment in our technical market training programs, bootcamps, workshops, and mentorship sessions.

By accessing our website, submitting an application, or enrolling in any training cohort, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our related policies.

2. Nature of Educational Services

Next Harbor Base provides structured educational training, chart analysis methodologies, market replay simulations, and trade journal coaching. All training materials, live seminars, chart demonstrations, and written guides are delivered exclusively for educational and skill-development purposes.

Participants learn manual technical chart analysis, gap classification, and risk management concepts. Next Harbor Base does not provide personalized investment advice, financial portfolio management, or trade execution signals.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary educational curricula, slide decks, Gap Taxonomy frameworks, simulated replay databases, workbook templates, and website content provided by Next Harbor Base remain the exclusive intellectual property of Next Harbor Base Co., Ltd.

Enrolled participants are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and review course materials for their own educational use. You agree not to distribute, reproduce, broadcast, re-sell, or publish any course recordings, manuals, or proprietary exercises to third parties without prior written authorization.

4. Enrollment, Attendance & Code of Conduct

Bootcamp and workshop cohorts are strictly capped to ensure intensive educational quality. Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct during live studio sessions, virtual chat rooms, and peer review clinics. Harassment, disruption of live sessions, or unauthorized commercial solicitation will result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

Financial markets inherently involve substantial financial risk. While Next Harbor Base teaches disciplined risk management geometry and chart analysis, past performance demonstrated in historical replay exercises does not guarantee future results in live market conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Next Harbor Base Co., Ltd., its instructors, officers, and contractors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses incurred by students in their independent market activities.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
